How do you maximize a chart in TradingView?
To maximize a chart in the layout, please select a chart and click Toggle Maximize Chart in the lower right corner: Also, you can use the hotkey Alt + Enter to maximize the active chart. Or you can press the Alt key and click the chart you'd like to maximize.

To resize a chart, just drag one of its sides. Double-clicking on any of the chart borders returns it to its default state. You can also move several chart borders at the same time. To do this, hold down the Shift key while dragging.

How much bars a chart has depends on the TradingView account. Free users get more than 5,000 bars, Pro and Pro+ users over 10,000 bars, and Premium users receive in excess of 20,000 bars. Not every exchange has the same amount of historical data.
The chart becomes compressed since automatic chart scaling forces it to fit all indicator levels in the visible area. The issue can resolved by hiding the indicator or adjusting it so that levels are closer to the values of the symbol.
Chart Settings – The investor can use the Chart Settings configuration icon to the upper right of the chart window to adjust color and other display features. Note the Symbol icon is highlighted upon opening and the default colors are displayed for Body, Borders, Wick and Last Price Line.

Why do you resize a chart?
Usually, we move or change the size of the chart within excel to ensure that the chart will not cover its underlying data. We can move the chart to a new location in the worksheet or to a new or existing worksheet. Also, we resize or change the size of the chart for a better fit in the worksheet.
Right-click the chart, and then choose Select Data. The Select Data Source dialog box appears on the worksheet that contains the source data for the chart. Leaving the dialog box open, click in the worksheet, and then click and drag to select all the data you want to use for the chart, including the new data series.

Premium account holders can obtain more realistic order fills in their strategy backtests by using The Bar Magnifier option. This tool uses intrabar inspection to obtain deeper granularity on price movement within a bar, allowing for more precise order fills.
In TradingView, you can easily move the chart up and down to view different portions of the price action. Here's how you can do it: Using the mouse: Click and hold the left mouse button anywhere on the chart. How long is a bar in TradingView?
TradingView allows you to set any time-based bar interval - from 1 minute to 12 months, as well as work with price range bars.
The discrepancies are due to the fact that our data provider filters the odd lots trades out in the history, and as a result, our intraday charts are built based on the full trades only. An odd lot is an order size for a security that is less than the normal unit of trade for that particular asset.
In addition, you can minimize/restore the panel by double-clicking anywhere in the pane with the Ctrl / ⌘ key pressed.
