That was better. The energy was good and I'm glad we got a nice hearty R3, with an Express run to boot. Even in spite of all the bad luck with the Wheel.

Pat was very grumpy and didn't love his energy today, though that BR reaction was pretty great.

The week's starting to turn around, hopefully things continue to get better.

Never realized how much this applied to more than a simple want.

Tonight's episode, was interesting... I can't recall a WOF episode that had three bankrupts in a row, not once, but twice! The fact the contestants didn't end up tied after the speed-up round (and thus constituted the tie-breaker puzzle) is amazing! As the contestants were getting bankrupt in the Mystery Round, I managed to figure out the puzzle! I also need to remind myself not to get mad when a contestant doesn't opt to solve it after I personally figured it out as they're trying to recoup their losses from bankrupts, lol (and the show encourages you to do this, too, I believe).

Laryn was great, definitely an early pick for most fun contestant of the year. Pat played off her well, and her reaction after seeing what was in the bonus round envelope was really funny.

I got round 3 with just the Ss showing. The trip fit the Prize Puzzle tonight, though like last night round 2 would've been a perfect Prize Puzzle also.

That bonus puzzle was tough without the O or B showing, but I did get it thanks to the M. Hopefully someone solves a bonus puzzle this week!

Goodness gracious, two sets of three consecutive BANKRUPTS?! 🤯

Laryn’s energy (and that of her opponents) and Express run made up for the wheel’s nasty attitude. Good thing she avoided the EXERCISE trap in the second Toss-Up, and her antics in Round 1 and A CABLE OF A FABLE had me in stitches. 😂

A bummer she couldn’t follow that up with a Bonus Round win.

Well, at least the Prize Puzzle trip fit the puzzle itself (which I no-lettered, along with the second Triple Toss-Up and Round 4). Shakespeare’s tales take place in different European locales.

My rating: 5

THE Wheel Genius (but not the only one)

My brother was even shocked by the two sets of three consecutive bankrupts! I couldn't watch "live", so I had to watch from DVR, and had just texted him it happened, and was sending him something else when it happened once more, so I finished that text with basically "It happened again", and he was like "Jesus" in both his responses back to me, lol. All three contestants were great, especially the principal! I liked her reactions to the bankrupts as well as the near misses plus Pat saying that they tried to send her to the principal's office, but that it didn't work, as she is one, lol. 10/10!
