The experience with Allen Turner Hyundai start to finish was a great. I spoke with Shahid on the phone about the car I was looking for. Within 10 minutes he found the exact car I wanted and offer a great was a great. I spoke with Shahid on the phone about the car I was looking for. Within 10 minutes he found the exact car I wanted and offer a great deal on it. I told him I couldn't make it until Saturday. He said I could come before the dealership opened to beat the crowd. When I arrived on Saturday, he had the car ready for me to test drive. Following the test drive he walked me through the user manual pointing out everything I needed to know about the vehicle. Dominick made the payment process easy and stress free. He's a friendly guy that obviously knows his job. Overall, I had an outstanding experience at Allen Turner Hyundai. Shahid and Dominick were great to work with. Their knowledge of their jobs was evident and they cared about what they were doing. SERVICE VISIT

I had my car in for routine service this morning. I knew I would be waiting a while and didn't mind at all. Then I received a call and ended up with a family medical issue. I explained my situation to Geo I would be waiting a while and didn't mind at all. Then I received a call and ended up with a family medical issue. I explained my situation to George and asked how much longer my maintenance would take. George was exceptional! He sped up the maintenance process and even offered me a rental if I wanted to leave immediately! He was kind and compassionate and made my scary and stressful experience much better!!! On top of that - the work was top notch (as always). Thank you, George!!! More

From the moment we arrived on the new car lot until we drove off in our new Elantra we were treated with the kind of respect and friendliness that one can only wish for in an auto dealership. No question we asked was treated as silly, unimportant or glossed over and left unanswered. Evan a salesman, named Rob, who was not directly involved in the sale was kind enough to answer a couple questions without acting as if it was an imposition while our salesman Raul was tied up in processing. Raul was completely knowledgeable and patient as a saint with a couple that hadn't purchased a new car in a decade. It was also a real pleasure to work with Dominick. He's a big fellow and could have been intimidating if he didn't have such a pleasant and professional personality. It is our opinion that your company has selected some excellent members for your team and we have no qualms about recommending them. I had the pleasure of working with Roger Spadaro on the phone and Internet. Roger and I spoke many times on the phone and by email. Allen Turner Hyundai listed a 2001 Jeep Cherokee Sport $6961. I contacted the dealership Friday November 9th and schedule an appointment to see the vehicle on Wednesday November 14th. There was no telephone call to inform me, and the saleman did not tell anyone that someone was coming to look at the vehicle. More

My husband and I were looking for a new car. Since we've owned a Sonata for 10 years and loved it, we decided to look at the new ones. We were helped by Louis Vilar who was very pleasant and knowledgable ab owned a Sonata for 10 years and loved it, we decided to look at the new ones. We were helped by Louis Vilar who was very pleasant and knowledgable about the new Sonata we were looking for. We took a test drive and the car was so nice. We discussed financing, cost, etc. Louis was not "pushy" at all about buying. When we left there we decided to go to Eastern Shore Hyundai to check out their prices/cars. Their car selection was good but that was all. The salesman was very pushy, as were 2 other employees. In fact, all 3 followed us to our car to try to sell us one. We returned to Allen Turner and bought the original car we looked at. One of the main reasons we got it there was our salesman, Louis. He was very nice, not overbearing (like the other place), easy to work with and professional. Another thing that impressed us with Allen Turner was that Mr. Turner called us himself to make sure we knew that the company would work with us on our terms. When we returned to the showroom, he came over and thanked us and said if we had any trouble/questions, contact him. This was exceptional customer service. More
